Deleted from active HiFiTracker systems
Account profile and consent records, listening systems, equipment, components, sessions, notes, uploaded photos, calculated usage records, and other user-created app data associated with the account.
Account and data control
The in-app path is the fastest option. An email request path is available when you cannot access the app.
Recommended
While signed in to the account you want to remove, follow:
Settings → Data Management → Delete Account
Review the confirmation carefully. The app will ask you to confirm before beginning deletion.
Deleting your HiFiTracker account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription.
Outside the app
Never send your password, payment-card details, or an unnecessary identity document. HiFiTracker support will not ask you to email a password.
Deletion scope
Deletion removes app-owned account data from active systems where technically possible.
Account profile and consent records, listening systems, equipment, components, sessions, notes, uploaded photos, calculated usage records, and other user-created app data associated with the account.
Limited information in backups, operational or security logs, and records needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or platform compliance purposes.
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, sign-in providers, and other processors may retain records under their own legal, billing, security, and platform requirements.
